i’m sick. it seems everyone around here is. good thing it happened after finals week. i’ve had customers come hacking their lungs up and then handing me money. ick. my father says its been hell at his work.
so i’m sitting here cold and nauseous. i have a headache and my nose is leaking. not my finest moment. i’d go to bed but i’d just concentrate more on all of it.
sorry. there’s no point in self-pity. i should eat something.
yesterday i wrote two harry potter fanfictions. i was so happy. i don’t care if its terrible. just that i wrote some fanfiction and it made me feel good inside. there’s something about writing fanfiction that seems more magical than writing straight out poetry. or at least a different sort.
my pretty writing site is finally functional. it’s not the best looking and has a funny name but i’m so glad i have a point of reference. that i can see how i’ve progressed over the years. most of the writing from 2005 is not on there. i felt that i’d put that bit up after the new year. i don’t want my professor to find the site and connect me with, well, real life name. i also don’t want her to think i plagiarized. i have enough poetry lying in notebooks and random pieces of paper so that i don’t have to plagiarize. i can’t fathom stealing a poem or a short story.
There are tons of sick people around me too… a girl passed out on the floor and began throwing up during my English final. Not fun. But like you said, at least the sickness kept at bay until after your finals.
I am glad I got to your ‘taste her saliva’ site. So far I’ve read only a couple, but so far I like your writing. I love your use of lowercase and italics. And your similies. Looking forward to looking at the rest.

molly, i’m glad you like the writing i have on my site. my dad says it’s a bad year for people getting sick. he works respiratory at the hospital so he’s been busy. i hope your english final and whatever other finals you had went well.
